摘　　要：职业院校在机电一体化示范专业点建设过程中要围绕学生就业和专业需求设计培养方案,满足学生学习与企业发展的需求。为了提升机电一体化技术示范专业点建设的质量,职业院校要坚持以需求为导向,让专业围绕产业发展,明确专业定位,采取多元化的人才培养方式与教学手段,提升人才培养质量。In the process of building model specialty sites of mechatronics,it is necessary for vocational colleges to make training plans centering on students’employment and professional needs to meet the needs of students’learning and the enterprise development.In order to improve the quality of the construction of model specialty sites of mechatronics technology,it is suggested for vocational colleges to adhere to the demand orientation,let the major around the industry,clarify the professional positioning,adopt diversified talent training methods and teaching means,and improve the quality of talent training.
