200味中药及复方对大肠埃希菌体外抑菌实验的研究

摘　　要：为研究中药及其复方对大肠埃希菌的抑菌效果,优选常用200味中药,采用“中药管皿法”进行体外抑菌试验。结果表明:乌梅、木瓜、五倍子等16味中药对大肠埃希菌有明显的抑菌作用;在中兽医辨证论治方法和君臣佐使组方原则指导下,将这16味中药组成7个复方和3个成方制剂。进一步进行体外抑菌试验。结果显示复方A1、B1、A2、B2、J1抑菌效果显著。本研究为中兽药替抗产品开发提供依据。In order to study the bacteriostatic effect of traditional Chinese medicine and its compound formula on Escherichia coli,200 commonly used traditional Chinese medicines were selected for in-vitro bacteriostatic test using the“Chinese Medicine Tube and Dish Method”.The results showed that 16 Chinese herbal medicines,including dark plum,papaya and schizandra,had significant antibacterial effects on E.coli.Under the guidance of the principles of TCM differential diagnosis and treatment and the formulation principles of minister,assistant and messenger herbs,these 16 Chinese medicinal herbs are combined into 7 compound formulas and 3 prescribed preparation.The in-vitro bacteriostatic test was further conducted.According to the result,the compound formulas A1,B1,A2,B2 and J1 showed significant antibacterial effects.The study provided a basis for the development of alternative antibacterial products based on Chinese herbal medicine.
