摘 要:差速器壳零件是汽车底盘系统变速器的重要零件,其作为差速器总成的外部件,主要用于支撑和连接差速器内部各个零件。差速器壳的半轴齿轮内孔与轴承位外圆的同轴度对使用性能有很大的影响,需要确保差速器壳的形位尺寸,以保证内部组件在运转过程中平稳可靠,从而减少车辆在运行过程中的振动。本文针对差速器壳半轴齿轮内孔与轴承位的同轴度保证提出了新的加工工艺,以保证半轴齿轮内孔与轴承位同轴度要求,提高生产合格率,提升桥总成稳定性能。Differential case is an important part of the transmission of automobile chassis system,as an external part of differential assembly,it is mainly used to support and connect the internal parts of the differential.The coaxiality of the half-shaft gear bore and the outer circle of the bearing position of the differential case has a great influence on the performance,and it is necessary to ensure the shape and position dimensions of the differ-ential case to ensure that the internal components are smooth and reliable in the operation process,so as to reduce the vibration of the vehicle in the process of operation.Based on this,this paper proposes a new machin-ing process for ensuring the coaxiality of the half shaft gear bore and bearing position of the differential case,in order to ensure the coaxiality of the half shaft gear bore and bearing position,to improve the production qualifi-cation rate,and to enhance the stability of the axle assembly.
