摘 要:粪菌移植作为一种通过调节肠道菌群失调治疗肠道内外疾病的方法,近年来受到广泛关注。其在治疗儿童神经发育障碍性疾病(NDDs)方面的效果已逐渐获得验证,展现出巨大的应用前景,为NDDs的治疗提供了新的策略。本文通过总结粪菌移植治疗NDDs的相关动物和临床研究,探讨其临床疗效、发展前景及目前仍存在的一些技术限制与局限,以期为后续NDDs的临床治疗提供相关参考。Fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT),as a method to treat intestinal and extra-intestinal diseases by regulating intestinal flora dysbiosis,has attracted widespread attention in recent years.Its effect in the treatment of children's neurodevelopmental disorders(NDDs)has gradually been verified,showing great application prospects,which provides new strategies for the treatment of NDDs.This article explores its clinical efficacy,development prospects and some technical limitations that still exist at present by summarizing the relevant animal and clinical studies on FMT treatment for NDDs,aiming to provide relevant references for the subsequent clinical treatment of NDDs.
