摘  要:船舶推进轴系直接关系到船舶营运安全性、可靠性及经济性,而其设计又是一个反复调整、不断优化的过程。船舶在冰区航行对其推进轴系产生了更高的扭振设计要求,而通过配置扭振减振器满足船级社规范需求的常规方法又会产生较高的成本。因此,文章以某冰区航行多用途纸浆船为研究对象,通过对其推进轴系进行优化设计,并对轴系优化设计后带来的其他问题进行有效分析并提出合理解决方案,大大降低了该项目的建造成本,为未来同类型冰区航行船舶的轴系设计提供了有价值的设计参考。The propulsion shafting of a ship is directly related to the safety,reliability,and economic efficiency of ship operation,and its design is a process of repeated adjustment and continuous optimization.Ice navigation of ships places higher requirements on the torsional vibration design of the propulsion shafting,while conventional methods of configuring torsional vibration dampers to meet the requirements of classification society regulations also incur higher costs.Therefore,taking a ice navigation multi-purpose vessel as the research object,this paper optimized the propulsion shafting,effectively analyzed other problems brought about by the shafting optimization design,and proposed reasonable solutions,which greatly reduces the construction cost of this project and provides valuable design references for the shafting design of similar ships navigating in ice zones in the future.
