摘　　要：研究新时代龙江文化的对外传播话语体系创新,分析其内涵、价值导向,探讨科技融合、整体合力、传播现状及挑战。提出创新策略,如利用新媒体提升传播力,并通过案例分析优化实践。最后,总结政策支持与社会影响,为龙江文化的国际传播提供策略建议。This paper explores the innovation of the discourse system for the external communication of Longjiang culture in the new era,analyzing its connotations and value orientation,and discussing the integration of technology,overall synergy,current communication status,and challenges.Innovative strategies are proposed,such as using new media to enhance communication power,and optimizing practices through case analysis.Finally,the paper summarizes policy support and social impact,providing strategic recommendations for the international communication of Longjiang culture.
