摘  要:旨在探讨民办高职院校“双师型”教师的标准认定问题,以期提升教师教学质量和学生培养水平。通过对民办高职“双师型”教师现状的深入分析,本研究构建了一套科学、合理的认定标准,并提出了具体的实施路径和评价反馈机制。研究发现,民办高职“双师型”教师应具备扎实的专业知识、教学能力、实践技能和行业经验。文章提出的认定标准旨在促进民办高职教育教师队伍的优化与提升,推动教育的内涵式发展。This paper aims to discuss the standard identification of double-professionally-titled teachers in private higher vocational colleges,in order to improve the teaching quality of teachers and the training level of students.Through the in-depth analysis of the current situation of double-professionally-titled teachers in private higher vocational colleges,this study constructs a set of scientific and reasonable identification criteria,and puts forward the specific implementation path and evaluation feedback mechanism.It is found that the teachers in private higher vocational colleges should have solid professional knowledge,teaching ability,practical skills and industry experience.The identification standard proposed in this paper aims to promote the optimization and improvement of the teachers' team of private higher vocational education and promote the connotative development of education.
