城市地下互通立交应急交通疏解效率评价研究

摘  要:为应对城市地下互通立交突发事件情况下的应急交通疏解问题,以武汉市两湖隧道工程地下互通立交为实际案例,通过VISSIM开展应急疏解微观交通仿真试验,对比分析突发事故发生前、后各重点路段的通行效率。结果显示,上行疏解路段的平均行驶速度53.51 km/h高于无事故发生时的平均行驶速度50.03 km/h,平均行驶速度增长约6.96%,平均排队长度增长1.85%,该区间路段的平均行程时间需13.12 s;下行疏解路段的平均行驶速度38.22 km/h低于主线的设计速度,平均行驶速度降低了约30.82%,平均排队长度增长了3.73%,该区间路段行程时间需16.80 s。In order to deal with the emergency traffic relief problem in the case of an emergency at an underground interchange in an urban area,a micro-traffic simulation test of emergency relief was carried out,taking the underground interchange of the Lianghu Tunnel Project in Wuhan as an actual case,and the traffic efficiency of key sections before and after the emergency was compared and analyzed.The results show that the average speed of the upward relief section is 53.51 km/h,which is higher than the average speed of 50.03 km/h when there is no accident.The average speed is increased by about 6.96%,and the average queue length is increased by 1.85%.The average travel time of this section is 13.12 s.The average speed of the downward relief section is 38.22 km/h,which is lower than the design speed of the main line.The average speed is decreased by about 30.82%,and the average queue length is increased by 3.73%.The travel time of this section is 16.80 s.
