摘　　要：数字乡村建设是数字中国建设的题中之义,是实现乡村全面振兴的有效途径,是促进河南城乡融合发展的重要抓手。当前河南数字乡村建设的目标、发展逻辑与全局战略相适应,但基础设施滞后、城乡数字鸿沟依然存在,建设主体数字低能、数字人才短缺矛盾突出,产业发展受阻、乡村产业数字化尚未成型,治理环节薄弱、乡村数字治理尚未成熟。这急需河南省在国家政策战略的引领下立足省情农情,不断夯实基础设施,为数字乡村建设打造动力引擎;布局人才队伍,为数字乡村建设提供内在支撑;发展数字经济,为数字乡村建设构造产业路径;强化数字治理,为数字乡村建设创新治理模式。Digital rural construction is the essence of the construction of digital China,an effective way to achieve comprehensive rural revitalization,and an important lever to promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas in Henan.The current goals,development logic,and overall strategy of digital rural construction in Henan are in line with the overall strategy,but there are still problems such as lagging infrastructure,low digital capabilities of construction entities,weak governance links,and hindered industrial development.It is urgent for us to make efforts in improving infrastructure,developing rural digital industries,attracting talents,and building a digital governance system to solve the mismatch between key content and specific practices.
