摘　　要：为了分析政策感知对大学生基层就业意愿的影响机理,构建了政策感知通过公共服务动机作用于大学生基层就业意愿的中介模型,并检验了生涯适应力在模型中的调节作用.采用结构方程模型对1320份有效问卷进行检验,结果显示,政策感知对大学生基层就业意愿有正向影响,公共服务动机中介政策感知对大学生基层就业意愿有正向影响,生涯适应力正向调节政策感知对大学生基层就业意愿有直接影响,政策感知通过公共服务动机对大学生基层就业意愿有间接影响.To investigate the impact of policy perception on college students'grassroots employment intention,a mediating model was constructed in which policy perception impacts college students'grassroots employment intention through public service motivation,and the moderating role of career adaptability in this model was examined.Using structural equation modeling on 1,320 valid questionnaires,the results showed that:policy perception had a significant positively predictive effect on college students'grassroots employment intention.Public service motivation played a mediating role between policy perception and college students'grassroots employment intention.Career adaptability moderated both the direct effect of policy perception on college students'grassroots employment intention and the indirect effect through public service motivation.
