摘 要:针对低阶煤(兰炭)热解废水毒性高、含酚量大、化学需氧量COD_(Cr)高的特点,在现有预处理工艺的基础上,对陕北某兰炭厂废水水质特点进行工业化示范装置工艺设计。通过工程实例,考察低阶煤热解高污染酚氨废水预处理装置的工艺设计参数、运行稳定性、出水水质及能耗分析。结果表明:该示范装置设计处理量为10 m^(3)/h,设计操作弹性为60%—110%,实验考核处理量为8 m^(3)/h时可连续、稳定运行。装置出水中氨氮质量浓度≤300 mg/L、COD_(Cr)<5 g/L,即可满足进生化系统的水质要求,又可直接作为工艺水回用于熄焦。利用厂区自产富余蒸汽,同时溶剂回收塔采用减压精馏操作减少蒸汽消耗,最终吨水综合处理费用为44元,达到设计文件中对预处理系统运行成本的指标要求,为兰炭废水后续处理提供设计及工程化依据。In view of the characteristics of high toxicity,high phenol content and high COD_(Cr) in low-rank coal(coke)pyrolysis wastewater,on the basis of the existing pretreatment process,the process design of an industrial demonstration plant was carried out according to the characteristics of wastewater quality of a coke plant in northern Shaanxi.Through engineering examples,the process design parameters,operation stability,effluent water quality and energy consumption analysis of low-rank coal pyrolysis and high-pollution phenolic ammonia wastewater pretreatment device were investigated.The results show that the design capacity of the demonstration device is 10 m^(3)/h,the design operation flexibility is 60%-110%,and when the experimental assessment processing capacity is 8 m^(3)/h,it can run continuously and stably.The ammonia nitrogen mass concentration in the effluent of the device≤300 mg/L and COD_(Cr)<5 g/L,which can meet the water quality requirements of the biochemical system,and can be directly reused as process water for coke quenching.The self-produced surplus steam in the plant is used,and the vacuum distillation operation in the solvent recovery tower reduces steam consumption,the final comprehensive treatment cost per ton of water is 44 Yuan,which meets the index requirements of the operating cost of the pretreatment system in the design documents,and provides a design and engineering basis for the follow-up treatment of coke wastewater.
