摘 要:声学包是解决整车噪声问题的一种重要手段。目前,对声学包的设计开发一般是在车辆设计完成后,凭借以往的经验,在车辆内饰和钣金件之间增加声学包材料,进行降噪处理,改善车内噪声水平。但更有效的声学包设计开发是在车辆设计早期阶段就考虑声学包的安装,即根据整车级目标定义对声学包部件进行设计和开发。主要介绍了基于统计能量分析法的声学包设计开发流程,在设计早期对车内噪声水平进行预测和分析,并对声学包进行正向开发与设计,以降低车内噪声水平。该研究可在声学包开发后期避免整改,节约成本,缩短周期。Acoustic packaging is an important means to solve the problem of vehicle noise.Currently,the design and development of acoustic packaging is generally carried out after the vehicle design is completed.Based on past experience,acoustic packaging materials are added between the interior and sheet metal parts to reduce noise and improve the noise level inside the vehicle.However,a more effective acoustic packaging design method is to consider the installation of acoustic packaging products in the early stages of design,that is,to design and develop acoustic packaging components according to the vehicle level target definition.This article mainly introduces the design and development process of acoustic packages based on statistical energy analysis method.In the early stage of design,the noise level inside the car is predicted and analyzed.By developing and designing the acoustic package in a positive direction,the noise level inside the car can be reduced.This study can avoid rectification in the later stage of acoustic packaging,save costs,and shorten the cycle.
