摘  要:随着国内通信运营商5G无线网络规模和用户业务快速发展,如何快速响应并解决用户日常各类投诉问题,做好日益复杂的网络和业务场景下用户投诉服务工作,已经成为各个运营商面对的十分重要的课题。要解决要这类问题,必须建设与之相适应的高性能、去中心化、面相服务的信息系统。文章针对这些问题,研究并提出了基于Springboot微服务分布式的移动网络用户投诉处理系统架构设计方案,最后给出了具体技术实现。With the rapid development of 5G wireless networks and user services by domestic communication operators,how to quickly respond to and solve various daily complaints from users,and do a good job in providing user complaint services in increasingly complex network and business scenarios has become a very important issue faced by various operators.To solve such problems,it is necessary to build a high-performance,decentralized,and face-to-face service information system that is suitable for it.This article focuses on these issues and proposes a design scheme for a distributed mobile network user complaint handling system architecture based on microservices.Finally,specific technical implementations are provided.
