摘 要:在健康中国战略背景下,理工类高校运动处方课程的教学模式革新研究致力于探索将运动科学理论与工程技术思维有效结合的途径,旨在培养学生的健康意识、跨学科素养及工程实践能力。该研究运用文献资料法,调研了运动处方课程在非体育院校的教学现状,深入剖析该课程与新工科教育融合的必要性。通过对西北工业大学体育部“健康评估与运动处方”课程开设的实践探索,该研究提出了新工科背景下运动处方课程改革的可能方向。在新工科背景下,体育健康知识的教学改革不仅是体育科技前沿与国家战略需求的融合探索,也满足了学生个性化发展的需求,为理工类高校体育教育的创新发展提供了新思路和新方向。Under the background of Healthy China strategy,the research on the innovation of teaching mode of Exercise Prescription course in science and engineering colleges is committed to exploing ways to effectively combine sports science theory with engineering technology thinking,aiming to cultivate students'health awareness,interdisciplinary literacy and engineering practice ability.This research uses the literature method to investigate the teaching status of the Exercise Prescription course in non-sports colleges and universities,deeply explores the necessity of integrating this course with new engineering education.It proposes possible directions for the reform of the Exercise Prescription course under the background of new engineering through practical exploration of the"Health Assessment and Exercise Prescription"course offered by the Department of Physical Education of Northwestern Polytechnical University.Under the background of new engineering,the reform of sports health knowledge teaching is not only an exploration of the integration of cutting-edge sports technology and national strategic needs,but also meets the needs of students'personalized development and provides new ideas and directions for the innovative development of Physical Education in science and engineering colleges.
