摘  要:体育竞赛活动在促进学生身心健康方面具有显著作用,同时能够培养学生的团队合作精神,提升其竞技能力和自我挑战精神,并强化规则意识与公平竞争观念,进而促进校园文化与体育精神的深度融合。然而,资源分配不均、赛事组织管理机制不完善、学生参与度不足以及教育与竞技平衡点难以把握等问题限制了体育竞赛活动育人效果的充分发挥。为充分展现其育人功能,需加强资源建设与管理、提升赛事吸引力及参与度、强化教育与竞技的融合,并构建协同育人的长效机制。这些措施旨在为培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人贡献力量。Sports competitions not only contribute to students'physical and mental health,but can also foster students'teamwork spirit,enhance their competitive abilities and self-challenge spirit,strengthen rule awareness and a sense of fair competition,and thereby promoting the deep integration of campus culture and sportsmanship.However,issues such as uneven resource allocation,inadequate competition organization and management mechanisms,low student participation,and difficulties in balancing education and competitiveness limited the full potential of sports competitions in educating people.To fully demonstrate its educational function,it is necessary to strengthen resource construction and management,enhance the attractiveness and participation of competitions,reinforceing the integration of education and competitiveness,and establish a long-term mechanism for collaborative education.These measures aim to contribute to cultivating socialist builders and successors who are comprehensively developed in morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor.
