摘  要:人才的培养离不开教育,教师的创新教学能力对学生创新意识、创新能力的培养起着潜移默化的作用。本文研究了目前教师教学技能提升所存在的主客观方面的困难,阐述教师教学创新能力提升对有效课堂的建立、学生培养和教学改革等的重要性,并基于系统创新思维理论,提出通过系统思维培养、加强教师信息化能力培养、搭建产教融合多元平台等路径促进教师教学能力的提升,推动学生创新意识和创新能力的培养,同时促进职业教育教师职业生涯健康发展。The cultivation of talents cannot be separated from education.The innovative teaching ability of teachers plays a subtle role in cultivating students’innovative consciousness and innovative ability.This study investigates the subjective and objective difficulties in improving teaching skills of teachers,and elaborates on the importance of improving teaching innovation ability for the establishment of effective classrooms,student cultivation,and teaching reform.Based on the theory of system innovation thinking,it is proposed to promote the improvement of teachers’teaching ability through cultivating system thinking,strengthening the cultivation of teachers’information technology ability,and building a diversified platform for the integration of industry and education.This will promote the cultivation of students’innovation awareness and ability,and promote the healthy development of the career of vocational education teachers.
