摘　　要：全球化和多元化的世界,正对人类健康和社会福祉提出重大挑战。从护理理念发展、政策价值导向、学生个性发展来看,医学类高校开展个性化的护理教育具有重要意义。作为数年来护理学专业世界排名第一的院校,宾夕法尼亚大学旨在通过培养个性化护理人才积极应对不断变化的外界需求,其个性化培养体现在瞻前窥远的教育理念、灵活多样的课程计划、深度密切的学术交往等方面,这为我国在“新医科”建设背景下培养护理人才提供了良好的借鉴思路。The globalized and diversified world is posing significant challenges to human health and social well-being.From the development of nursing concepts,policy value orientation,and student personality development,it is of great significance for medical universities to carry out personalized nursing education.As the top ranked nursing institution in the world for several years,the University of Pennsylvania aims to actively respond to changing external demands by cultivating personalized nursing talents.Its personalized training is reflected in a forward-looking educational philosophy,flexible and diverse curriculum plans,and deep and close academic exchanges.This provides a good reference for China to cultivate nursing talents in the context of“new medical science”construction.
