摘　　要：阅读焦虑是因阅读障碍而产生的阅读心理反应和现象。由于阅读载体、自我认知、阅读水平、学习环境等的影响,大学生群体在学习中易于产生阅读焦虑。适当的焦虑对于阅读具有促进作用,但过度焦虑却能引起严重的心理反应,对阅读及社会产生不良的影响。以学术推广助推阅读,能够有效纾解大学生的阅读焦虑,培养其法制意识和工具理性,规范阅读行为,提高学术化阅读水平,创新阅读范式,形成良好的阅读生态,提升阅读品质,推动公共文化的长足发展。Reading anxiety is the psychological response and phenomenon of reading caused by dyslexia.Due to the influence of reading carriers,self-cognition,reading level,learning environment,etc.,college students are prone to reading anxiety in learning.Appropriate anxiety can promote reading,but excessive anxiety can cause serious psychological reactions and have a negative impact on reading and society.Promoting reading with academic promotion can effectively relieve college students’reading anxiety,cultivate their legal awareness and tool rationality,standardize reading behavior,improve academic reading level,innovate the reading paradigm,form a good reading ecology,improve reading quality,and promote the rapid development of public culture.
