摘　　要：大学生党员是广大青年学子的优秀分子,是国家的栋梁之材。对他们进行积极心理品质的培育,有利于他们不断自我发现、自我反省、自我提高,积极主动地面对学习与生活。文章通过分析大学生党员积极心理品质的现状及其成因,提出了培育大学生党员积极心理品质培养的有效路径:开展积极正向的学校教育;营造包容开放的社会环境;构建爱与智慧的家庭文化;提高自身的心理素养。College student Party members are excellent members of the majority of young students and the pillars of the country.The cultivation of their positive psychological quality is conducive to their continuous self-discovery,self-reflection,self-improvement,and actively facing learning and life.By analyzing the current situation and causes of the positive psychological quality of college student Party members,this paper puts forward an effective way to cultivate the positive psychological quality of college student Party members:to carry out positive school education;to create an inclusive and open social environment;to build family culture of love and wisdom;and to improve their own psychological literacy.
