摘　　要：消化系统器官众多,疾病发病率高,标本相对易获得,因而消化系统病理关注者众多。近10年来,我国的病理工作者坚持耕耘,在消化道病理专业取得了显著的进展。本文回顾10年来消化系统肿瘤及非肿瘤方面的研究和实践进展,包括胃肠道及肝胆胰多个共识等诊断标准的建立、特殊形态新病种的确立和归类更新、胃肠胰神经内分泌肿瘤的分类和标准更新、消化系统分子病理进展及非肿瘤病变的关注和进展,并展望了消化系统病理的发展趋势。The incidence of digestive system diseases is high.So digestive system pathology is widely concerned.In the past 10 years,Chinese pathologists insist on hard work and have made significant progress.This article reviews the research and practice progress in digestive system tumors and non-tumors in the past 10 years,including the establishment of diagnostic criteria for gastrointestinal tract,hepatobiliary and pancreatic diseases,the establishment and classification of new diseases with special morphology,the classification and standard update of gastrointestinal and pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors,the progress of molecular pathology,and non-tumor lesions of the digestive system.The future development trend of digestive system pathology is also prospected.
