摘　　要：随着高质量循证医学研究提供的证据不断更新,中低位直肠癌的诊断与治疗呈现出模式复杂的特点,这符合真实世界研究要求。在真实世界数据库建设和数据采集过程中,数据库的字段选择、报告单的结构化设计以及数据收集中与收集后的质量控制,均会显著影响真实世界数据及其产生证据的质量。笔者期望通过分享建设中低位直肠癌全国多中心数据库的经验,为后续真实世界数据库建设提供参考。As high-quality,evidence-based medical research continues to update,the diag-nosis and treatment of mid and low rectal cancer presents complex patterns,adapting to the require-ments of real-world study.In the process of building real-world database and data collection,the selection of database fields,the structured design of imaging reports,as well as quality control during and after data collection,will significantly impact the quality of real-world data and its generated evidence.The authors hope to provide references for subsequent real-world database construction through the experience of constructing a national multicenter database for mid and low rectal cancer.
