摘　　要：一、问题的提出关于外国法院判决的承认与执行,在国家间存在相互承认与执行法院判决的国际条约的情况下,可以共同依据国际条约所规定的条件相互承认与执行法院判决。截至2024年8月,我国与35个国家签订了承认和执行外国法院判决的双边条约,在一定程度上缓解了判决相互承认的难题。The fifth amendment to the Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China,based on a comprehensive summary of the judicial practice of foreign-related civil and commercial trials,focuses on revising and perfecting the contents of Part IV"Special Provisions on Foreign-Related Civil Procedures".On 13 November 2024,the Editorial Board of the Journal of International Law organised a seminar on"Theoretical Interpretation and Practical Application of the Foreign-Related Part of the Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China",and invited experts and scholars to contribute a series of written discussions on this topic.
