摘　　要：肿瘤耐药是恶性肿瘤治疗中的重大挑战,与肿瘤复发、转移及不良预后紧密相关。极光激酶B(Aurora kinase B,Aurora-B)作为有丝分裂过程的关键调控因子,在多种肿瘤中表现出显著的表达上调与异常激活。随着对肿瘤耐药机制的深入研究,Aurora-B被揭示为耐药机制中的核心角色。值得注意的是,与Aurora-B抑制剂的联合用药策略展现出逆转或延缓肿瘤耐药产生的潜力。本文综述了AuroraB在耐药机制中的具体作用机制,并探讨了与Aurora-B抑制剂联合给药在逆转肿瘤耐药方面的最新研究进展,旨在为恶性肿瘤的治疗提供新的思路和方法,改善患者的预后。Tumor drug resistance is a major challenge in the treatment of malignant tumors and is closely associated with tumor recurrence,metastasis,and poor prognosis.Aurora kinase B(Aurora-B),as a key regulator of the mitotic process,shows significant upregulation of expression and aberrant activation in various tumors.With the in-depth study of tumor drug resistance mechanisms,Aurora-B has been revealed as a central player in the drug resistance mechanism.Notably,combination strategies with Aurora-B inhibitors have demonstrated the potential to reverse or delay the emergence of tumor resistance.This paper aims to review the specific mechanism of action of Aurora-B in the mechanism of drug resistance and to discuss recent research progress in co-administration with Aurora-B inhibitors in reversing tumor drug resistance.It aims to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of malignant tumors and improve the prognosis of patients.
