摘 要:人乳头瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)感染作为一种常见的性传播疾病,不仅可能引发生殖器疣,还与宫颈上皮内瘤变(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,CIN)以及宫颈癌等严重疾病紧密相关。随着研究的不断深入,逐渐揭示了阴道微生物种群中的乳杆菌属、HPV与免疫系统之间的复杂而紧密的联系,进一步强调了维持阴道环境平衡对于女性生殖道健康的重要性。同时,越来越多的证据表明,阴道免疫反应与宫颈细胞的致癌突变之间存在密切的联系。因此,本文深入探讨阴道乳杆菌属在女性生殖道健康保护中扮演的角色,从阴道菌群结构、代谢产物以及免疫因素等多个维度,全面阐述其在调控宫颈HPV感染中的潜在应用。Human papilloma virus(HPV)infection,a prevalent sexually transmitted disease,is not only capable of causing genital warts but is also closely associated with severe conditions such as cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)and cervical cancer.As research progresses,the intricate and tight interplay among the Lactobacillus genus in the vaginal microbiota,HPV,and the immune system are gradually be unveiled.This further underscores the importance of maintaining vaginal environmental balance for the health of the female reproductive tract.Concurrently,a growing body of evidence suggests a close link between vaginal immune responses and carcinogenic mutations in cervical cells.Therefore,this paper delves into the role of the vaginal Lactobacillus genus in the protection of female reproductive health,comprehensively discussing its potential applications in controlling cervical HPV infection from multiple dimensions,including the structure of the vaginal microbiota,metabolic products,and immune factors.
