以临床实践能力培养为导向的生物化学实验教学改革

摘  要:临床实践能力是医学教育的重要内容之一,也是评价医学教育水平的重要指标之一。生物化学实验是基础医学和临床医学的重要基础课,其理论与技术被广泛应用于疾病的检测与诊疗。但在实际教学过程中,生物化学实验内容非常传统,以验证性实验为主,缺乏实际应用场景,与临床实践脱钩比较严重,学生的学习主动性偏低。为此,我们以培养学生的临床实践能力为导向,系统提升了3个线下实验内容,丰富了应用场景,建设了1套虚拟仿真实验教学系统,积极推动了生物化学实验教学改革。实践证明,改革后的实验内容紧贴临床实践,不仅培养了学生的操作技能,还培养了学生解决实际问题的能力,学生们的学习主动性更强,教学效果得到了显著提升。Clinical practice ability is one of the important contents of medical education and one of the important indicators for evaluating the level of medical education.Biochemistry Experiment is an important basic course in basic medicine and clinical medicine,and its theory and technology are widely used in the detection and diagnosis of diseases.However,in the actual teaching process,the content of Biochemistry Experiments is very traditional,with a focus on validation experiments,lacking of practical application scenarios,and the decoupling from clinical practice is relatively serious,and the students'learning initiative is low.For this reason,we have systematically upgraded the contents of three offline experiments,enriched the application scenarios,built a series of virtual simulation experimental teaching system,and actively promoted the reform of Biochemistry Experimental teaching with the orientation of cultivating students'clinical practice ability.Practice has proved that the reformed experimental content closely follows the clinical practice,which not only cultivates students'operation skills,but also cultivates students'ability to solve practical problems,students'learning initiative is stronger,and the teaching effect has been significantly improved.
