摘 要:为了建立一种口罩物证检验鉴定的有效分析方法,为犯罪现场口罩物证品牌的溯源提供依据,同时为假冒伪劣品牌口罩的检验鉴定方法提供参考,在正规药店里随机购买6种医用外科口罩,利用扫描电子显微镜对口罩的中间层进行研究,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对口罩的内、中、外3层及耳带部分进行研究,利用偏光显微镜对口罩耳带纤维进行研究。试验发现:不同品牌口罩中间层熔喷材料的形貌特征及纤维直径大小不同;不同品牌医用外科口罩耳带的红外光谱图在波数1410、1346、1250、1104 cm^(-1)处存在峰形、峰高差异;不同品牌医用外科口罩的耳带纤维干涉色不同。结果表明,对口罩中间层进行扫描电镜分析和对口罩耳带进行红外光谱和偏光显微镜分析,是一种口罩检验鉴定的综合性分析方法。该方法检验对象明确具体、效果明显、可操作性强,可以为口罩物证的检验鉴定及假冒伪劣品牌口罩的检验提供新思路。In order to establish an effective analytical method for the identification of mask material evidence,provide a basis for the traceability of mask material evidence brands at crime scenes,and provide a reference for the inspection and identification methods of fake and shoddy brand masks,six kinds of surgical masks are randomly purchased from regular pharmacies.Scanning electron microscope(SEM)is used to study the middle layer of the mask.Fourier transform infrared spectrometer is used to study the inner,middle and outer layers of the mask and the ear band part.Finally,polarization microscope is used to study the ear band fiber of the mask.The SEM results show that the morphology and fiber diameter of the middle layer melt-blown material of different brand masks are different.In the infrared spectrum analysis of different brands of surgical masks,there are differences in peak shape and peak height in 1410 cm^(-1),1346 cm^(-1),1250 cm^(-1),1104 cm^(-1),and there are obvious differences in the infrared derivative spectrum.The fiber interference color of ear band of different brands of surgical masks is different observed from polarization microscope.The results show that the analysis of the middle layer of the mask by scanning electron microscope,the analysis of the ear band by infrared spectrum and polarization microscope is a comprehensive analysis method for mask inspection and identification.The test object of this method is clear and specific,the effect is obvious,and the operability is strong,which can provide a new idea for the inspection and identification of mask material evidence and the inspection of fake and shoddy brand masks.
