摘 要:为了综合优化提高棉纤维弹性和拉伸强力的轧花环境条件,在减少纤维力学性能受损的前提下以获得最大的弹性和强力,采用3因素3水平的响应面分析方法,结合新疆轧花实际生产模拟探究了在轧花工艺流程中棉纤维回潮率X_(1)(3.5%~7.5%)、环境温度X_(2)(0~20℃)和环境相对湿度X_(3)(30%~90%)对其弹性回复率、断裂强力指标的影响。响应面回归模型方差分析(ANOVA)表明:棉花初加工过程中影响棉纤维弹性和拉伸强力的轧花环境因素由强到弱依次为环境温度>环境相对湿度>棉纤维回潮率;棉纤维弹性和拉伸强力的最佳环境条件为回潮率5.40%、环境温度18.47℃、环境相对湿度65.17%。在此条件下,测得弹性回复率为29.96%,断裂强力为5.11 cN,与预测值吻合较好。In order to optimize the elasticity and tensile strength of cotton fiber in the ginning process,and minimize damage to achieve maximum elasticity and strength,the effect of cotton fiber moisture recovery rate X_(1)(3.5%~7.5%),ambient temperature X_(2)(0~20℃),and ambient humidity X_(3)(30%~90%)on elastic recovery rate and breaking strength is investigated using a three-factor three-level response surface analysis method combined with simulated cotton ginning production in Xinjiang.The results of response surface regression analysis of variance(ANOVA)reveal that environmental factors affecting the elasticity and tensile strength during the initial processing of cotton,from strong to weak,are as follows:ambient temperature>ambient relative humidity>cotton fiber moisture regain.The optimal environmental conditions for achieving desirable elasticity and tensile strength are determined as follows:moisture regain of 5.40%,ambient temperature of 18.47℃,and ambient relative humidity of 65.17%.Under these conditions,the measured elastic recovery rate is found to be 29.96%with a breaking strength of 5.11 cN,which is in good agreement with the predicted values.
