试论“大农业观”与“大资源观”的辩证统一关系

摘　　要：近年来党中央立足农业和农村发展新形势,顺应食物消费结构新变化,对贯彻落实稳产保供提出新要求,积极倡导大农业,树立“大农业观”。学界对此展开热烈的讨论,取得了丰硕的成果,但这些研究均缺少对与“大农业观”相匹配的、客观存在的“大资源观”的观照。“大资源观”是落实大农业各项决策、树立“大农业观”的重要前提。为此,应认识到“大农业观”和“大资源观”两个概念的辩证统一关系,在树立“大农业观”的同时尽快确立“大资源观”,从而推动中国式农业现代化与高质量发展,实现人与自然和谐共生。Based on the new situation of agriculture,rural development,food consumption structure,and new requirements for the implementation of stable production and supply in recent years,the CPC Central Committee advocates a"modern agriculture view"for modern agriculture,which has been discussed widely among academic circle with some encouraging results.However,the studies lack of attention to a"modern resources view"which is an important prerequisite for implementing modern agriculture decisions and"modern agriculture view".Therefore,it is necessary to recognize the dialectical unity relationship between"modern agriculture view"and"modern resources view"'and develop both as soon as possible,so as to promote the modernization and high-quality develop-ment of Chinese agriculture and realize the harmonious coexistence of man and nature.
