摘　　要：论文聚焦天然气基建、环境保护与区域经济的协调发展问题,在对天然气基建、环境保护与区域经济耦合协调分析的基础上,构建了耦合协调评价指标体系,利用耦合协调度模型测度了2011—2020年子系统之间的耦合协调状态,并运用莫兰指数对其空间相关性进行了分析。研究发现:(1)2011—2020年区域经济发展水平整体上较为平稳,环境保护水平和天然气基建水平稳步上升,在空间上各子系统均呈现由东向西递减的趋势。(2)2011—2020年天然气基建、环境保护与区域经济发展整体处于良性耦合阶段,但地区差异较大,仅有20%的地区达到中度耦合协调以上水平,60%处于低度耦合协调或轻度失调状态,20%处于高度失调等级,区域协调有待进一步优化。(3)2011—2020年天然气基建、环境保护与区域经济的耦合协调系统在空间上存在显著的正相关特征,大部分地区属于H-H和L-L聚集型,且空间聚集性较高,整体呈现上升趋势。This paper focuses on the coordinated development of natural gas infrastructure,environmental protection and regional economy.Based on the coupled coordination analysis of natural gas infrastructure,environmental protection and regional economy,the coupling coordination evaluation index system is constructed,and the coupling coordination state among subsystems is measured by the coupling coordination degree model from 2011 to 2020.The spatial correlation is analyzed by using Moran index.The findings are as follows:(1)From 2011 to 2020,the regional economic development level is relatively stable on the whole,the environmental protection level and the natural gas infrastructure level are rising steadily,and the spatial sub-systems show a decreasing trend from the east to the west.(2)From 2011 to 2020,natural gas infrastructure,environmental protection and regional economic development are in a benign coupling stage as a whole,but there are large regional differences.Only 20%of the regions have reached the level of moderate coupling coordination,60%are in a low coupling coordination or mild imbalance state,20%are in a high imbalance level,and regional coordination needs to be further optimized.(3)From 2011 to 2020,the coupling coordination system of natural gas infrastructure,environmental protection and regional economy has significant positive correlation characteristics in space.Most regions belong to H-H and L-L clustering types,and the spatial clustering is high,showing an overall upward trend.
