摘　　要：以研究环渤海地区海水环境污染与经济产业结构的具体关系为目的,选取2011—2020年环渤海湾区三省两市的面板数据,引入三次产业结构占比作为研究重点,旨在研究“环境库兹涅茨曲线(EKC)假说”下三次产业经济结构、海洋环境污染、经济发展之间的关系,探讨了三次产业结构—水质污染排放指标的相关性。结果表明,第一产业、第二产业与污染物的排放量均呈显著正相关,第二产业比第一产业与污染物排放量的相关性更强,而第三产业与污染物排放量均呈显著负相关。以化学需氧量(COD)、氨氮(NH_(3)-N)、二氧化硫(SO_(2))、氮氧化物(NOx)等污染物的排放量为主要指标,探究渤海湾水环境污染与经济发展的库兹涅茨曲线特征,结果中人均固体废弃物排放量(PSW)呈现“S”型,受特殊值影响较大,lnPCODE、lnPNH_(3)-NE、lnSO_(2)E的EKC皆已达到顶点,lnPNOxE的拟合结果也呈现下降趋势。这意味着环渤海湾区的经济发展已经发展到EKC的“顶点后阶段”,经济发展的环境补偿性越来越小。For the purpose of studying the specific relationship between marine environmental pollution and economic industrial structure in the Bohai Bay Rim region,this study selected panel data from 2011 to 2020 in three provinces and two cities in the Bohai Bay area.This paper introduced the proportion of the three industrial structures as the research focus,aiming to study the relationship between the three industrial economic structures,marine environmental pollution and economic development under the“environmental Kuznets curve(EKC)hypothesis”.This study discussed the correlation between the three industrial structures-water quality pollution discharge indicators.The results showed that the primary industry and the secondary industry had a significant positive correlation to pollutant emissions.The secondary industry had a stronger correlation to pollutant emissions than the primary industry,while the tertiary industry had a significant negative correlation to pollutant emissions.The study also explored the Kuznets curve characteristics of water environment pollution and economic development in the Bohai Bay with the discharge of pollutants such as chemical oxygen demand(COD),ammonia nitrogen(NH_(3)-N),sulfur dioxide(SO_(2)),nitrogen oxides(NOx)as the main indicators.The results showed that the per capita solid waste(PSW)presented an“S”shape,which was greatly affected by special values.The EKC curves of lnPCODE,lnPNH_(3)-NE,and lnSO_(2)E had all reached the top.Thefitting results of lnPNOxE also showed a downward trend.This means that the economic development of the Bohai Bay area has reached the“post summit stage”of the environmental Kuznets theory,and the environmental compensation of economic development is diminishings.
