摘 要:以我国西南地区新建的某双塔三跨钢桁梁悬索桥为工程背景,开展加劲梁缆索吊装过程中抗风受力分析。桥址处为深切峡谷地形,峡谷风效应明显,吊装过程中受其影响不容忽视。建立了缆索吊装有限元模型,对钢梁吊装过程进行仿真计算,分析不同风速下吊装钢梁的横向位移。研究结果表明:钢梁吊装过程中的横向位移随缆索体系的提升不断减小,最大位移发生在起吊阶段,须在此阶段加强抗风措施;重点关注的6级风工况下,吊装过程中位移值较小,采取相应抗风措施可在此工况下作业;缆索吊工作状态控制风力8级风工况下,吊装过程位移值较大,此工况下作业存在较大风险。This study focuses on a newly constructed twin-tower,three-span steel truss girder suspension bridge in southwest China and conducts an analysis of wind resistance forces in cable hoisting of the girders.The bridge,located in a deep-cutting gorge terrain,faces significant gorge wind effect which cannot be ignored during hoisting.The paper develops a finite element model of cable hoisting,calculates the simulation of the hoisting process,and analyzes the lateral displacement of the steel girder at different wind speeds.The study results indicate that the lateral displacement of the steel girder during the hoisting decreases with the lift of the cable system.The maximum displacement occurs at the initial lifting stage,during which wind resistance measures must be prioritized.Under force 6 wind conditions(a special focus of the study),the hoisting displacement remains relatively small,meaning that operations can continue with appropriate wind resistance measures taken.When the cable crane operates under force 8 control wind conditions,the hoisting displacement is relatively large,presenting considerable risks to operations.
