摘  要:本研究采用固相微萃取(Solid-Phase Microextraction,SPME)进样方式,气相色谱-四极杆/静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱(Gas Chromatography-Quadrupole/Orbitrap High-Resolution Mass Spectrometry,GC-Q/Qrbitrap HRMS)方法检测葡萄酒中53种挥发性有机物(Volatile Organic Compounds,VOCs)。样品经固相微萃取提取,仪器分析后利用仪器自带解卷积软件实现快速识别各种挥发性有机物。结果显示,方法检出限最低可达到0.01μg/L,在0.2~30μg/L范围内线性相关系数(R^(2))均在0.990以上;在不同添加水平下回收率在50%~130%之间。该方法前处理简单,适用于葡萄酒中痕量53种挥发性有机物的快速筛查及定量检测。This study employs solid-phase microextraction(SPME)for sample introduction and gas chromatographyquadrupole/orbitrap high-resolution mass spectrometry(GC-Q/Orbitrap HRMS)for the detection of 53 volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in wine.After extraction by SPME,the instrument’s built-in deconvolution software is utilized for rapid identification of various VOCs.The results show that the method’s detection limit can reach as low as 0.01μg/L,with a linear correlation coefficient(R^(2))above 0.990 in the range of 0.2-30μg/L;recoveries at different spiking levels are between 50%and 130%.This method is simple in sample preparation and is suitable for rapid screening and quantitative detection of trace 53 VOCs in wine.
