摘　　要：目的分析针刺双侧面部穴位治疗顽固性面瘫患者的临床效果。方法选取2021年1月—2023年12月莱州市妇幼保健院收治的60例顽固性面瘫患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。对照组实施针刺患侧面部穴位治疗,治疗组实施针刺双侧面部穴位治疗。对比两组的面瘫分级、面部神经功能及临床疗效。结果治疗后,治疗组House-Brackmann面神经功能分级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组Sunnybrook面神经评定系统评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗总有效率为83.33%,高于对照组的60.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺双侧面部穴位治疗顽固性性面瘫患者的疗效确切,可有效改善其面瘫程度及面部神经功能。Objective Analysis of the clinical effect of acupuncture at bilateral facial acupoints in the treatment of refractory facial paralysis patients.Methods Selecting 60 patients with refractory facial paralysis admitted to Laizhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 as the research subjects,according to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received acupuncture treatment on the affected side facial acupoints,while the treatment group received acupuncture treatment on acupuncture at bilateral facial acupoints.Compare the grading of facial paralysis,facial nerve function,and clinical efficacy between two groups.Results After treatment,the House-Brackmann facial nerve function grading of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the Sunnybrook Facial Grading System score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%,which was higher than 60.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture at bilateral facial acupoints has a definite therapeutic effect on patients with refractory facial paralysis,which can effectively improve the degree of facial paralysis and facial nerve function.
