语言功能训练联合重复经颅磁刺激疗法在脑卒中后失语症患者康复治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨对脑卒中后失语症患者应用语言功能训练联合重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)疗法在康复治疗中的应用效果。方法选取滕州市中心人民医院2022年1月—2023年12月收治的60例脑卒中后失语症患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用rTMS治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合语言功能训练,两组均持续治疗1个月。对比两组的临床疗效、语言功能恢复情况、神经功能。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组西方失语症评定量表中各个维度评分及总分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论语言功能训练联合rTMS能够有效改善脑卒中后失语症患者的神经功能、语言功能,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of language function training combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)in rehabilitation treatment of patients with aphasia after stroke.Methods A total of 60 patients with post-stroke aphasia admitted to Tengzhou Central People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,according to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with rTMS,and the observation group was treated with language function training on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated for 1 month.The clinical efficacy,language function recovery and nerve function of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 73.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of all dimensions and the total score of the Western Aphasia Battery Scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Language function training combined with rTMS can effectively improve the neurological function and language function of patients with aphasia after stroke,which is worthy of promotion and application.
