核心肌群训练联合平衡仪反馈训练对脑卒中后偏瘫患者功能康复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨核心肌群训练联合平衡仪反馈训练对脑卒中后偏瘫患者的影响。方法选取2023年1月—2024年5月德州市陵城区人民医院收治的100例脑卒中后偏瘫患者为研究对象,应用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用常规训练和平衡仪反馈训练,观察组在对照组基础上联合核心肌群训练。对比两组的肢体功能、平衡功能、步态质量、生活质量。结果训练后,两组Fugl-Meyer运功功能评定量表中上肢运动功能、下肢运动功能评分均高于训练前,且观察组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组Berg平衡量表、Tinetti步态评估量表评分均高于训练前,且观察组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组健康调查简表评分均高于训练前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论核心肌群训练联合平衡仪反馈训练应用于脑卒中后偏瘫患者中,可改善其肢体功能和平衡功能,提高步态质量及生活质量。Objective Exploring the effect of core muscle group training combined with balancing apparatus feedback training on post-stroke hemiplegic patients.Methods Selecting 100 post-stroke hemiplegic patients admitted to Lingcheng District People's Hospital in Dezhou City from January 2023 to May 2024 as the research subjects,using the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine training and balancing apparatus feedback training,while the observation group received combined core muscle group training on the basis of the control group.Compare the limb function,balance function,gait quality,and quality of life between two groups.Results After training,the scores of upper limb motor function and lower limb motor function in the Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale of both groups were higher than those before training,and the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of the Berg Balance Scale and Tinetti Gait Analysis in both groups were higher than those before training,and the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of 36-item Short Form Health Surve in both groups were higher than those before training,and the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of core muscle group training combined with balancing apparatus feedback training in post-stroke hemiplegic patients can improve their limb function and balance function,enhance gait quality and quality of life.
