自体断冠再接术在儿童恒前牙冠折治疗中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析自体断冠再接术在儿童恒前牙冠折治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2021年6月—2023年6月济南市浏阳区中医医院收治的68例恒前牙冠折患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各34例。对照组采用复合树脂直接修复,观察组采用自体断冠再接术。比较两组的治疗效果、并发症发生情况和患者满意度。结果治疗后6个月、12个月,观察组治疗成功率分别为100.00%、97.06%,均高于对照组的88.42%、82.36%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组牙齿颜色、牙齿形态、咀嚼功能、咬合功能评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将自体断冠再接术应用于儿童恒前牙冠折治疗中,能够提高治疗成功率、改善牙齿外观和功能,值得在临床实践中推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of replantation of autogenous broken crowns in the treatment of crown fracture of permanent anterior teeth in children.Methods A total of 68 children with crown fracture of permanent anterior teeth admitted to Jinan Jiyang District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects,they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 34 cases in each group,using a random number table method.The observation group underwent replantation of autogenous broken crowns,while the control group underwent direct repair with composite resin.The children in the observation group were treated with autologous crown reattachment,and the children in the control group were treated with composite resin direct repair.Compare the treatment efficacy,occurrence of complications,and patient satisfaction between two groups.Results After 6 and 12 months of treatment,the success rates of treatment in the observation group were 100.00%and 97.06%,respectively,which were higher than 88.42%and 82.36%of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of teeth color,tooth morphology,chewing function,and bite function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of replantation of autogenous broken crowns in the treatment of crown fracture of permanent anterior teeth in children can improve the success rate of treatment,enhance the appearance and function of teeth,and is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
