创业导向对双元创新的驱动机制研究——一个双重链式中介效应模型

摘　　要：基于关系观与资源编排理论,遵循“资源构建—资源捆绑—资源利用”逻辑主线,探究创业导向对探索性和利用性创新的差异化作用过程。运用PLS-SEM与NCA的混合方法分析发现:创业导向对探索性与利用性创新具有正向影响;关系嵌入在创业导向与探索性与利用性创新之间具有中介作用,关系嵌入和知识吸收在创业导向和探索性创新之间存在链式中介作用,在创业导向和利用性创新路径中不存在链式中介作用;互补性资产在不同路径中发挥异质性调节影响,具有双刃剑效应。研究利用资源编排理论链接关系观框架,打开创业导向与双元创新的过程“黑箱”,并验证不同资源管理阶段的交互影响,为企业开展探索性和利用性创新提供参考。Based on the relational view and resource orchestration theory,this paper follows the logical sequence of“resource structuring-resource bundling-resource leveraging”to explore the differential impact process of entrepreneurial orientation on innovation ambidexterity.The analysis using a mixed-method approach of PLS-SEM and NCA reveals the following findings:entrepreneurial orientation positively influences both exploratory and exploitative innovation;relational embeddedness mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and both types of innovation;entrepreneurial orientation influences exploratory innovation through a chain mediation of relational embeddedness and knowledge absorption,but not for exploitative innovation;complementary assets have heterogeneous moderating effects on different paths,exhibiting a double-edged sword effect.This study unravels the“black box”of the process between entrepreneurial orientation and innovation ambidexterity,and verifies the interactive effects of different stages of resource management,providing insights for enterprises to engage in innovation ambidexterity.
