摘　　要：PCB是电子产品的重要组成部件,为了防止PCB腐蚀、氧化及确保其他组件连接的稳定性,PCB的表面处理工艺是至关重要的一环。本文介绍了常用的几种PCB表面处理工艺及特点,详细分析了松香工艺对LED驱动电源PCB焊接质量的影响。PCB is an important component of electronic products.In order to prevent PCB corrosion,oxidation,and ensure the stability of other component connections,the surface treatment process of PCB is a crucial part.This article introduces several commonly used PCB surface treatment processes and their characteristics,and analyzes in detail the impact of rosin process on the soldering quality of LED driver power PCB.
