摘　　要：近年来,医学影像技术专业陆续入选国家“双一流专业”建设项目,“四新”教育注重实践教学,以新医科为背景的专业建设要求打破专业壁垒,强化技能竞赛,通过参加技能竞赛,学生有机会在实际操作中应用所学的医学影像技术知识和技能,提高实践能力。技能教学是医学影像技术专业中十分重要的环节,实践技能比赛是技能教学的重要抓手,通过竞赛,做到赛促学、以赛促教、以赛促进,综合提高实践教学水平。文章就实践技能竞赛对新医科背景下医学影像技术专业建设的价值探讨,旨在将人才培养与技能竞赛相结合,从技能竞赛对实践教学体系和实践教学平台建设、学科管理体系建设、教师实践能力和教学水平、教学方法、学校与校企合作交流等几个方面进行阐述。以期研究技能竞赛对推动医学影像技术专业的价值。In recent years,medical imaging technology major has been selected into the national“double first-class major”construction project,“four new”education pays attention to practical teaching,professional construction with new medical science as the background requires to break professional barriers,strengthen the skills competition,through participating in the skills competition,students have the opportunity to apply the medical imaging technology knowledge and skills in practical operation,improve practical ability.Skill teaching is a very important part of medical imaging technology,and practical skills competitions are an important means of skill teaching.Through competitions,the goals of promoting reform,enhancing teaching,and fostering advancements can be achieved,comprehensively elevating the level of practical teaching.This article explores the value of practical skills competitions in the construction of medical imaging technology majors in the context of new medical disciplines.The aim is to combine talent cultivation with skills competitions,and to elaborate on the practical teaching system and platform construction,subject management system construction,teacher practical ability and teaching level,teaching methods,school enterprise cooperation and exchange,and other aspects of skills competitions.The aim is to study the value of skill competitions in promoting the medical imaging technology profession.
