摘 要:新颁布的《德国牙医执业许可法》(zahn?rztliche approbationsordnung,ZApprO)于2021、2022冬季学期正式实施,标志着对使用了65年的旧法规全面改革的落地。改革后的德国牙医教育体系明确强调了预防和科学导向的重要性,加强了跨学科的联系和个体间的沟通能力;不仅如此,要着重培养学生的全面视角,让口腔医学生更早接触临床,并对医学生的人文素养与科研能力提出更高的要求。文章简要概述了《德国牙医执业许可法》改革的历史脉络、既定目标及其核心内容以外,还对两国的教育体系进行对比,在口腔本科及住院医师规范化培训教育领域,我国应借鉴国外先进的培养方法,并结合我国特色,培育出能够适应新时代要求的口腔医学新型人才。The new German Dental Licensing Act(ZApprO)came into force in the 2021/2022 winter semester,marking the beginning of an overhaul of the 65-year-old law.The reformed German dental education system emphatically underscores the significance of prevention and a scientific approach,bolstering interdisciplinary connections and the ability to communicate effectively between individuals.Moreover,it focuses on fostering a holistic perspective in students,ensuring dental students are exposed to clinical experiences earlier,and sets higher standards for the humanities knowledge and research capabilities of medical students.In addition to the historical context,established goals and core contents of the reform of the German Dental Licensing Law,the paper also compares the education systems of the two countries.In the field of standardized training and education for undergraduate and resident dentists,China should learn from foreign advanced training methods and combine Chinese characteristics to cultivate new dental medicine professionals who are able to meet the requirements of the new era.
