摘  要:目的研究探讨改良迷你临床演练(mini-clinical evaluation exercise,Mini-CEX)结合线上基于团队的教学法(team-base learning,TBL)在泌尿外科临床带教中的价值。方法选取2021年9月—2022年12月在福建中医药大学附属第二人民医院泌尿外科进行轮转的87名研究生作为研究对象,采用改良Mini-CEX结合线上TBL教学法辅助临床带教。评估入科第1周及第4周时学生们的Mini-CEX考核成绩、住院医师规范化培训出科考核评分。出科后所有学员填写教学满意度问卷。结果入科第4周的各项临床测评成绩均高于入科第1周,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。入科第4周学员的住院医师规范化培训出科考核评分考核成绩[(72.87±9.78)分]高于入科第1周[(63.75±4.23)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。整体教学满意度为91.95%。结论改良Mini-CEX结合线上TBL教学法在泌尿外科临床带教中可以能够提高学生的临床能力、科研能力和团队协作能力,同时也能提高学生对于教学的满意度。Objective To study and explore the value of modified mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX)combined with online team-based learning(TBL)in clinical teaching of urology.Methods A total of 87 postgraduates who were rotated in the urology department of the Second People's Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.The modified Mini-CEX combined with online TBL teaching method was adopted to assist clinical teaching.The Mini-CEX scores of the students at the first and fourth week of admission and the scores of the resident standardized training were evaluated.After leaving the department,all trainees were asked to fill out the teaching satisfaction questionnaire.Results The scores of clinical evaluation in the 4th week were higher than those in the 1^(st) week,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The score of resident standardized training in the 4^(th) week of admission[(72.87±9.78)points]was higher than that in the 1st week of admission[(63.75±4.23)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The overall teaching satisfaction was 91.95%.Conclusion The modified Mini-CEX combined with the online TBL teaching method in the clinical teaching of urology can improve students'clinical abilities,scientific research abilities and teamwork abilities.Meanwhile,it can also enhance students'satisfaction with teaching.
