摘  要:目的探讨人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)背景下案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)与基于团队的教学法(team-based learning,TBL)相结合在医学影像技术实习教学中的应用效果。方法选取2021年2月—2022年2月在泸州市人民医院医学影像科实习的40名实习生作为研究对象,平均分为试验组和对照组,每组20名。试验组采用AI背景下CBL联合TBL教学法,对照组采用传统方法教学。实习结束后对2组实习生进行理论考核、实践技能考核、临床思维能力测试,通过问卷调查来评价教学效果。结果试验组实践技能成绩[(32.75±2.65)分]和临床思维能力成绩[(16.30±1.03)分]均高于对照组[(27.45±4.25)分、(11.05±1.85)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);试验组理论知识成绩[(32.50±2.74)分]与对照组[(32.95±2.72)分]比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在教学评价方面,试验组实习生在实践操作指导质量、教学新颖性、知识扩展性、团队协同能力、自主创新能力5个方面评价均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医学影像技术实习教学中,合理应用AI背景下的CBL联合TBL教学法,可以提高实习生的临床综合分析能力和实践能力,同时增强实习生的主体意识,培养自主创新能力与探索精神。Objective To explore the effect of case-based learning(CBL)combined with team-based learning(TBL)in medical imaging technology practice teaching under the background of artificial intelligence(AI).Methods A total of 40 interns in medical imaging department of Luzhou People's Hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were evenly divided into experimental group and control group,with 20 interns in each group.The experimental group was taught with CBL combined with TBL teaching method under AI background,while the control group was taught with traditional method.After the end of the internship,the two groups of interns were assessed by theory,practical skills and clinical innovation test,and the teaching effect was evaluated by questionnaire survey.Results The practical skill scores[(32.75±2.65)points]and clinical thinking ability scores[(16.30±1.03)points]of experimental groups were higher than those of control group[(27.45±4.25)points,(11.05±1.85)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in theoretical knowledge score between experimental group[(32.50±2.74)points]and control group[(32.95±2.72)points](P>0.05).In terms of teaching evaluation,interns in the experimental group were better than those in the control group in 5 aspects:quality of practical operation guidance,teaching novelty,knowledge expansibility,team collaboration ability and independent innovation ability,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the practice teaching of medical imaging technology,the reasonable application of CBL combined with TBL teaching method under the background of AI can improve the clinical comprehensive analysis ability and practical ability of interns,enhance the subject consciousness of interns,and cultivate the independent innovation ability and exploration spirit.
