摘 要:目的探索基于网络的戴明循环(plan-do-check-action,PDCA)(计划-执行-检查-行动)教学模式在临床药理学教学中的应用。方法选取2021年9月—2022年12月锦州医科大学2018级和2019级药学专业208名学生为研究对象,2019级学生为试验组(n=124),2018级学生为对照组(n=84)。试验组实施基于网络的PDCA循环教学模式,对照组实施传统多媒体教学法。比较2组学生知识的掌握程度即临床药理学理论考核成绩和分析临床病例相关药物处方的能力的差异。结果试验组期末平均理论成绩[(94.29±2.05)分]和平均总成绩[(91.82±2.32)分]均高于对照组[(86.93±2.42)分、(82.92±2.57)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),试验组和对照组平时成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组对药理学感兴趣程度、检索和搜集资料的能力、分析病例药物处方的能力、课上小组讨论发言次数、对教师的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论基于网络的PDCA循环教学模式为临床药理学教学带来了全新的视角。这种模式强调循环反馈、持续改进和个性化学习,通过网络平台实现信息的及时共享和互动,它不仅提高了教学的灵活性和时效性,还能推动医学教育的改革和创新。Objective To explore the application of network-based plan-do-check-action(PDCA)teaching mode in clinical pharmacology teaching.Methods A total of 208 students of grade 2018 and grade 2019 majoring in pharmacy in Jinzhou Medical University from September 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,with grade 2019 students as the experimental group(n=124)and grade 2018 students as the control group(n=84).The experimental group was taught with the network-based PDCA circulation teaching mode,while the control group was taught with the traditional multimedia teaching method.The differences of knowledge mastery,the test results of clinical pharmacology theory and the ability to analyze drug prescriptions related to clinical cases,were compared between the two groups.Results The average theoretical score[(94.29±2.05)points]and the average total score[(91.82±2.32)points]of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group[(86.93±2.42)points and(82.92±2.57)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in the usual scores between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).The experimental group had higher interest in pharmacology,ability to retrieve and collect data,ability to analyze drug prescriptions,group discussion times in class,and satisfaction with teachers than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.001).Conclusion The network-based PDCA circulation teaching model brings a new perspective to clinical pharmacology education.This model emphasizes cyclical feedback,continuous improvement,and personalized learning,achieving timely information sharing and interaction through online platforms.It not only enhances the flexibility and timeliness of teaching but also promotes the reform and innovation of medical education.
