摘  要:目的探讨在新生儿科实习生气管插管带教中使用可视喉镜的应用效果。方法选取2021年8月—2022年8月在南方科技大学医院新生儿科实习的实习生24名,按照教学方式分为可视喉镜教学组与传统直接喉镜教学组,每组12名实习生。对比2组实习生出科时的理论成绩、1次气管插管成功率及教学满意度。结果在考核成绩方面,可视喉镜教学组实习生出科理论成绩高于传统喉镜教学组[(98.00±1.71)分vs.(92.67±1.30)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),可视喉镜教学组实习生1次气管插管成功率与传统喉镜教学组比较(83.33vs.41.67%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在教学满意度方面,可视喉镜教学组实习生教学满意度评分高于传统喉镜教学组[(98.83±1.03)分vs.(95.67±0.78)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论应用可视喉镜教学可提高新生儿科实习生的气管插管水平,提高教学满意度,为后续临床教学研究提供依据。Objective To explore application effect of visual laryngoscope in endotracheal intubation teaching for neonatology interns.Methods A total of 24 interns in neonatology department from August 2021 to August 2022 in Southern University of Science and Technology Hospital were selected and divided into visual laryngoscopy teaching group and traditional direct laryngoscopy teaching group according to the teaching method,with 12 students in each group.The theoretical scores,the success rate of one tracheal intubation and the teaching satisfaction of the two groups of interns were compared.Results In terms of assessment results,the theoretical scores of interns in the visual laryngoscope teaching group was higher than that in the traditional laryngoscope teaching group[(98.00±1.71)points vs.(92.67±1.30)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The success rate of 1 tracheal intubation in the visual laryngoscope teaching group was compared with that in the traditional laryngoscope teaching group(83.33 vs.41.67%),and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).In terms of teaching satisfaction,the teaching satisfaction score of interns in the visual laryngoscope teaching group was higher than that in the traditional laryngoscope teaching group[(98.83±1.03)points vs.(95.67±0.78)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The application of visual laryngoscope teaching may improve the endotracheal intubation level of neonatology interns,improve teaching satisfaction,and provide basis for follow-up clinical teaching and research.
