外科住培学员及带教老师对住培的重视度调查与分析

摘  要:目的了解外科住院医师规范化培训中学员及带教老师对住培不同方面的重视度。方法选取2023年10—12月在浙江大学医学院附属第一医院、浙江大学医学院附属第二医院、浙江大学医学院附属邵逸夫医院住院医师规范化培训(简称“住培”)的2021级~2023级126名外科住培学员和36名带教老师为研究对象,通过线上自制问卷的方式,调查关于住培查房和病房工作、手术室工作、门诊、职业化4个方面的重视度。结果外科住培学员的住培重视度较高,在33项条目达到80%及以上,如诊疗计划和手术相关部分。而双方对门诊培训的重视度均稍低(重视度均低于75%)。在临床专业学位硕士研究生住培学员和社会住培学员重视度方面,专硕住培学员较重视知识和理论层面的学习以及科研能力的提升。结论外科住培学员和带教老师之间应建立更通畅双向交流渠道和及时反馈机制,且不同类型住培学员对住培重视度有差别,需采取差异化和个性化的教学策略并制定更细化的培训方案,提升住培满意度和整体效果。Objective To find out the degree of emphasis of trainees and teachers in standardized training of surgical residents.Method A total of 126 surgical resident trainees and 36 instructors from grade 2021 to 2023 who received standardized training for resident physicians in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine,the Second Hospital Affiliated Hospital Zhejiang University School of Medicine,Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital Zhejiang University School of Medicine from October to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.By means of online self-made questionnaire,the degree of emphasis on four aspects was investigated by the author:hospitalization round and ward work,operating room work,outpatient work and professionalism.Results Surgical training trainees’degrees of emphasis were 80%or higher on 33 items,such as patient treatment plans and surgery-related skills.However,both trainees and teachers placed slightly less emphasis on outpatient clinic training(attention degree is less than 75%).Professional master degree candidate trainees valued the knowledge and theoretical aspects of their training as well as the improvement of their research skills highly than regular trainees.Conclusion Better communication channels and timely feedback mechanisms should be established between surgical training trainees and teaching faculty.And there are differences in the degree of emphasis on training,so it is necessary to adopt differentiated and personalized teaching strategies and formulate more detailed training programs to enhance the satisfaction and overall effect of residency training.
