摘  要:生物药剂学是本科临床药学的专业基础课,主要研究药物在体内吸收、分布、代谢和排泄过程的机制,阐明药物剂型因素和机体生物因素以及药物效应之间相互关系,内容上与多学科交叉融合,是联系医学与药学、基础与应用的桥梁。文章基于生物药剂学的课程特点,分析了当前教学现状和方法。结合课程思政育人要求,文章从马克思主义基本原理出发,提出用自然辩证法的观点来初步认识和理解相关知识点,把握该门课程内容所蕴含的物质系统观、矛盾对立统一和物质运动的基本哲学思想。此外,通过具体的教学内容列举了各章节所蕴含的哲学问题,以“问诊把脉”的方式帮助学生探究知识本质和梳理科学研究的逻辑关系,从而全面提升“教、学、思”整体能力水平。Biopharmaceutics is a basic course for undergraduate clinical pharmacy,mainly studying the mechanisms of drugs absorption,distribution,metabolism,and excretion in the body,and clarifying the interrelationships between formulation,biological factors,and drug effects.It is a bridge that connects medicine and pharmacy,as well as natural knowledge and applications,with content that intersects and integrates multiple disciplines.Based on the characteristics of biopharmaceutics course,the current situation and teaching approaches are analyzed in this paper.Combining with the requirements of ideological and political education in the course,it proposes to use the viewpoint of natural dialectics to preliminarily understand relevant knowledge points from the basic principles of Marxism,mastering a material system view,contradictory unity and opposition,and basic philosophical thinking of material movement in the content of the course.Additionally,through specific teaching content,the philosophical issues contained in each chapter are listed here,helping students trace back to the essence of knowledge and strengthen scientific logic in the way of“diagnosis and pulse feeling”,which can comprehensively improve the overall ability level of“teaching,learning and thinking”.
