《免疫学基础》绪论课在医科院校生物信息学专业中的教学实践研究

摘　　要：《免疫学基础》是医科院校生物信息学专业本科生的重要专业课程。由于该课程课时有限,加之生物信息学专业学生在医学领域的基础知识相对薄弱,导致本课程呈现出较高的教学难度与学习挑战性。《免疫学基础》的绪论课作为该门课程的开端,重视绪论课的教学对学生以后的学习可能起到事半功倍的效果。文章结合生物信息学专业本科生的特点及《免疫学基础》课程的学科特点,对《免疫学基础》课程的绪论教学方法进行了探讨,同时在课程教学中探索融入课程思政内容,最后对教学效果进行分析。结果表明,教师重视绪论课的教学能充分调动学生的学习热情和主动性,还能培养学生的爱国精神及职业认同感,能为今后的学习和职业发展奠定坚实基础。文章就如何上好医科院校生物信息学专业本科生的《免疫学基础》绪论提供理论依据。Fundamentals of Immunology is an important professional course for undergraduates majoring in bioinformatics in medical colleges and universities.Due to the short class time and the bioinformatics students'insufficient background knowledges in medicine,this course is characterized by being difficult to teach and learn.As the introductory lesson of Fundamentals of Immunology,the importance of teaching the introduction lesson well may have a multiplier effect on students'future learning.This paper discussed the teaching methods of the introduction lesson of Fundamentals of Immunology in combination with the characteristics of undergraduates majoring in bioinformatics and the disciplinary characteristics of this course.At the same time,it explored the integration of ideological and political education content into the course teaching.Finally,the teaching effect is analyzed.The results showed that teachers'emphasis on teaching the introduction lesson can fully mobilize students'enthusiasm and initiative for learning,and also cultivate students'patriotic spirit and professional identity.It can lay a solid foundation for their future learning and career development.This paper provides theoretical basis for how to better the introduction of Fundamentals of Immunology for undergraduates majoring in bioinformatics in medical colleges.
