摘 要:为持续落实习近平总书记在学校思想政治理论课教师座谈会上强调的“八个统一”的讲话精神,坚持立德树人、守正创新的思想理念,文章将“八个统一”理论深入应用到神经外科教学实践中,引导学生坚定政治方向,完成与学理性的统一;树立正确的价值观,带着使命感、责任感去学习创新,努力实现批判性的教学。充分发挥教师主导性和学生主体性相统一的作用,使学到的理论知识在实践中得到检验和发展。在统一性、灌输性教学的基础上,发展多样性、启发性教学激发学习的动机和兴趣,调动学生的积极性和创造性。教学过程中注重显性教育与隐性教育的结合,将思政元素与专业知识进行有机融合,填补医学教学方式的空白,使学生由被动学习变为主动探索,取得了较好的教学效果。In order to continuously implement the spirit of“Eight Unifications”emphasised by Xi Jinping,General Secretary of CPC Central Committee,at the symposium for teachers of ideological and political theory,and to adhere to the ideological concepts of establishing morality,guarding righteousness and innovating,this paper deeply applies the theory of“Eight Unifications”to the teaching practice of neurosurgery,guiding students to complete the organic integration of learning and rationality on the basis of a firm and correct political direction;students can learn and innovate with a sense of mission and responsibility only when they have established correct values.The organic integration of rationality;students set up the correct values,in order to learn and innovate with a sense of mission and responsibility,and complete the critical construction.Neurosurgery's strong practical operability determines the leading role of teachers and the main role of students,and the theories learnt can only be tested and developed in practice.On the basis of unity and indoctrination teaching,diversity and inspirational teaching also open up the space of imagination for students,mobilising students'enthusiasm and creativity.In addition to explicit education in classroom teaching,the teacher also plays the role of guiding the implicit education by subtle influence,so as to achieve the organic fusion of civic teaching and professional knowledge,fill the blank of the way of teaching in medical science and make the students turn from passive learning to active exploration.A better teaching effect has been achieved.
