健脾疏肝散结法联合腹针针刺治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察健脾疏肝散结法联合腹针针刺治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年1月至2020年12月于我院治疗的NAFLD患者65例为研究对象,按就诊顺序分为治疗组(33例)和对照组(32例)。对照组口服水飞蓟宾胶囊,每次2粒,每日3次。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上,再配合健脾疏肝散结法中药治疗,并联合腹针针刺治疗。30 d为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。观察治疗前后两组患者肝功能指标[谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)]、血脂指标[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)]和体重指数(BMI)变化,并比较两组的疗效。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率100%,高于对照组的治疗总有效率(78.1%)(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的血清ALT、AST、GGT水平较治疗前均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组患者的血清ALT、AST以及GGT水平均低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的血清TC、TG水平均降低,HDL-C水平均升高(P<0.05),且治疗组患者的TC、TG水平均低于对照组患者(P<0.05),HDL-C水平高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者BMI均降低,且治疗组患者BMI低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:健脾疏肝散结法联合腹针针刺治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病临床疗效确切,可改善患者肝功能,降血脂,改善体重指数。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of spleen strengthening,liver soothing and stasis removing therapy combined with abdominal acupuncture in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods:A total of 65 NAFLD patients treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the treatment group(33 cases)and the control group(32 cases)according to the order of treatment.Patients in the control group take silibinin capsules orally three times daily and two capsules each time.On the basis of the treatment of the control group,patients in the treatment group took traditional Chinese medicine for spleen strengthening,liver soothing and stasis removing combined with abdominal acupuncture for three courses(30 days as a course).The liver function indexes(ALT,AST,GGT),blood lipid parameter(TC,TG,HDL-C)and body mass index(BMI)of patients in the two groups were observed before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:The overall effective rate of the treatment group was 100%,which was higher than that of the control group(78.1%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum ALT,AST and GGT levels of patients in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and serum ALT,AST and GGT levels of patients in the treatment group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum TC and TG levels of patients in both groups decreased and serum HDL-C level increased in both groups(P<0.05),serum TC and TG levels of patients in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and serum HDL-C level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the BMI of patients in both groups decreased,and the BMI of patients in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Spleen strengthening,liver soothing and stasis removing therapy combined with abdominal acupuncture in the treatment of NAFLD has definite clinical effect,whi
