中药足浴联合早期康复护理在缺血性脑卒中患者肢体功能障碍中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨中药足浴联合早期康复护理在缺血性脑卒中患者肢体功能障碍中的应用效果。方法选取2022年5月—2023年5月邳州市中医院收治的82例缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组采用常规康复护理干预,观察组采用中药足浴联合早期康复护理干预。对比两组的运动功能、日常生活能力、负性情绪、生活质量及并发症发生情况。结果干预后,观察组Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表、日常生活活动能力评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组,生活质量综合评定量表-74评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为4.88%,低于对照组的19.51%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论缺血性脑卒中患者采用中药足浴联合早期康复护理的效果较显著,不仅可有效减轻其肢体功能障碍,提高其运动功能和日常生活能力,还可改善其负性情绪,提升其生活质量,减少并发症的发生。Objective To Explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with early rehabilitation nursing in the treatment of limb dysfunction in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 82 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to Pizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 41 cases in each group,using a random number table method.The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing intervention,while the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with early rehabilitation nursing intervention.Motor function,daily living ability,negative emotion,quality of life and occurrence of complication were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the Fugl Meyer Motor Function Scale and Activities of Daily Living Scale score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group had lower scores on the Self Rating Anxiety Scale and Self Rating Depression Scale compared to the control group,and higher scores on the Comprehensive Quality of Life Scale-74 compared to the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.88%,which was lower than 19.51%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Chinese medicine foot bath combined with early rehabilitation nursing is significant in patients with ischemic stroke,which can not only effectively reduce their limb dysfunction,improve their motor function and daily living ability,but also improve their negative emotions,Improved quality of life and fewer complications.
